About Elise Nolan
As a Digital Strategist, Agile Coach, and Technical Program Manager, I’ve carved a niche as a designer of processes, grower of teams, builder of roadmaps, and do-er of things collaborating with e-commerce, retail, finance, and CPG companies. A lifelong learner and practitioner of continuous improvement, my educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT), and I’ve further bolstered my expertise with many professional certifications, including credentials from the Project Management Institute, the Scrum Alliance, IC-Agile, Scaled Agile, FAST Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.My career journey has been quite diverse and enriching. Most recently, I was the head of Strategy and Operations within the Global Payments and Risk organization at Etsy.com. I positively impacted the company by blending strategic acumen with operational excellence to define and develop long-term strategy while managing large-scale projects and programs to advance the organization\'s focus. Before joining Etsy, I gained experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce, working with various international brands, overseeing technical program development teams, and leading numerous integration projects. Some of the notable clients I’ve partnered with include PNC Bank, Macy’s, PPG, Abbvie, EDMC, Wesco Anixter, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, Modcloth, Rockwell Automation, Titleist Golf, and Mars Inc.Currently, I focus on providing consultancy in strategic planning, coaching, and development within the digital landscape. I specialize in transformational and cross-functional initiatives, mainly e-commerce, web, and app development. Additionally, I offer digital portfolio and program support for large-scale implementation projects. My clients often contact me for guidance, relying on my extensive and unique professional experiences. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, doing yoga, and gardening. I am a certified yoga instructor and a master gardener.
