ABOUT ELISE ZEREGA
As an English Department Chair at Lane Tech, I build learning experiences for adult learners and students, aiming to create greater engagement and success. I use the 80%-15%-5% Multi-Tiered System of Solutions model to develop targeted solutions as a problem-solving tactic. I also communicate regularly with stakeholders, including monthly updates, and maintain exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.I\'m driven by efficient learning systems that create thoughtful, long-term benefits through research, analysis, and synthesis. I have a Master\'s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Northwestern University, and I\'m currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Chicago, focusing on Clinical Social Work. I have experience in museums, the classroom, and the workplace, developing innovative and authentic programming that is rooted in tapping into previous knowledge in order to grow new ideas. I\'m interested in crafting people-centered experiences that are inclusive and respectful of diverse backgrounds and needs.
