As Director of Enterprise Communications for Healthfirst, a New York-based, mission-driven, not-for-profit health insurer I develop and execute communications strategies to grow awareness and drive corporate reputation through a consistent narrative; Support senior executives with internal and external communication activities and messaging; Oversee the Story Innovation Lab, leading a team, in creating video, audio and animated content to support enterprise strategic imperatives and marketplace differentiation by sharing stories of the impact of Healthfirst’s hyperlocal approach on the health of its members and communities it serves. Lead health equity communications strategy – built and maintains a website that demonstrates the company’s commitment to health equity; researches and writes case studies and blogs to share Healthfirst work and points of view on providing access to equitable, quality healthcare.
