Strategic Leadership and Project Management: 1. Lead care and support strategic initiatives, tactics and measures to increase the reach of care and support programs and increase access to a timely diagnosis and quality care as established in the Strategic Implementation Plan. Lead the development of a department plan to expand program reach with special attention to increasing participation among minority, high risk and under-served populations. Provide leadership for the delivery of all programs and services including planning, budgeting, program evaluation and adherence to program standards and reporting processes. Implemented a strategy to recruit, engage and manage volunteers to deliver Association education and support programs. Analyzed service data to identify gaps in delivery and create opportunities for increased volunteer engagement. Supervises all program staff as assigned and duties that are incurred as a supervisor (time cards, on boarding, performance evaluations, etc.). Special assignments/projects, and project management. In collaboration with other Program Directors, Community Executives, Grants Manager, and other Regional Leaders, developed and implement a strategy to align individual community practices into a more cohesive statewide process approach to achieve strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators. Works with the other Program Directors/other program teams across the state to collaborate on seeking statewide grants and other available funding opportunities to increase capacity for outreach and grow the volunteer-powered program delivery model. Collaborates with the Grants Manager to align all statewide grant funding through Area Agencies on Aging into a single program delivery, billing, and reporting process across all chapter communities in an effort to receive and maximize the entire funding award.
