ABOUT ELISE ROSE
As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Harris Computer, I lead the recruitment team for the North American business units and our executive level roles. Harris Computer provides mission critical software solutions for various sectors globally. With my Honors BSc in Physical Geography from Carleton University and my Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp, I have a unique combination of technical and analytical skills that enable me to source and screen candidates for diverse and complex positions. I also have a Private License from St. Hubert Flying School, which reflects my passion for learning and exploring new challenges. In my previous roles at Harris Computer, I have contributed to hiring for many technical positions, as well as delivering presentations and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. I have also won honors and awards, such as the Female Athlete of the Year and first place presentation for my undergrad thesis.
