I see myself as a trusted advisor, customer-oriented and solid partner to leaders, with the ambition to support organizations in their transformation. With 15 years experience in transnational corporations in various industries, I have had the opportunity to act as an HR business partner, supporting mainly engineering & R&D teams. It gave me tech-savy and a special taste to help organizations building talent, while developing a strong people culture. Local, country, global roles : I have experienced different perspectives, always enriching my network and adaptiveness. I have led HR teams working in the fields of talent acquisition, learning, leadership development, talent management and employer branding. I\'m driven by the ambition to shape sustainable and people-centric organizations. When asked to explain my job to my kids, I would tell \"I help people be happy at work\". And that\'s a strong belief on my side : positive employee experience contribute to top performing companies!
