   Revamped a level 100 self-paced training program for training administrators.Created a level 200 training program to support continuous education and upskilling of LMS administrators.Own the administration and maintenance of the internal LMS that supports more than 400 training admins globally.Support global communities of admins through self-paced training, hands-on workshops, online workspaces, office hours, and live webinars. Project managing the implementation of a new LMS for 80 countries, impacting a team of 90 admins, 1,300 Ford dealerships, and learners.
