My practice involves handling a broad range of complex, high stakes coverage disputes which includes counseling and representing insurers in disputes involving asbestos, environmental, pharmaceutical, cyber coverage, event cancellation, travel insurance, and bad faith claims. I have litigated first-party property coverage claims arising from hurricanes, fires, floods, and other natural disasters, along with the novel complexities arising from current events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the opioid epidemic. I also represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation in state and federal courts such as contract disputes, high stakes commercial disputes, fraud disputes, collections, and statutory issues including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), among others. I have litigated before a variety of federal and state appellate and trial courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. Skilled in managing all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, expert development, settlement negotiations, and trial strategy. I navigate multifaceted legal and factual issues, coordinate large-scale discovery, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
