ABOUT ELISE FOUIN

Director of the South-West agency of CUBIK, French leader in consulting and training in Lean, I am responsible for the group\'s activity for the South-West Region in France After an early career in industry, I specialized in supporting companies in their operational performance approaches, promoting a human and sustainable approach using Lean methods. Certified Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, I have worked in x00 structures of all sizes (SMEs, ETIs, multinationals) in various sectors and largely internationally (North America, Africa, UK). I have contributed to developing training tools adapted both to traditional Lean professions (manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, etc.) but also to services and support functions (purchasing, accounting, HR, management of major projects, etc.). Lean as I practice it is not a catalog of timeless methods but a living, innovative, constantly evolving language!
