As the firm’s director of litigation workflow and productivity, Elise is responsible for managing the workflow for litigation associates and partners. She also works closely with the Oregon Litigation Team leaders in conducting practice plan reviews with all Oregon litigation attorneys as well as annual reviews and bonus recommendations for litigation associates. She is also involved in the firm’s new associate training program, plans the training of new litigation associates. She is co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and a member of the Technology Committee. She is the immediate past-chair of the firm\'s Green Team and Diversity Committees.
