About Elisa Pluhar
Do you want to change the world with me? Let\'s do it. I\'ve been told I have Fearless Swagger.Starting at the age of 10 I began to perform in professional theater - yup, I\'m a theater kid! After decades of studying and honing that craft I took a leap of faith to build a new career. This career has been grounded in my passion for racial and economic justice. I\'m an excellent fundraiser and strategy partner for mission-based organizations having raised over $40MM over the last 20 years. I may be small (I\'m only 4\'8\"), but I don\'t think or act small. We don\'t have time for that! I want to get the work done. I want to always learn and evolve my own knowledge and understanding. I am HERE FOR IT!Specialties include:* Raising that money* Creating strategy and executing on it* Using data and evaluation to talk about complex issues* Storytelling - it\'s our humanity!* Strategic planning* Public speaking
