You know when you\'re at work and you have to use those softwares that are just irritating? They\'re difficult, ugly and you never remember how to do tasks on.Well, I love redesigning those terrible things. I\'m lucky enough to have been working in products for internal users for the last 6 years. I started in Booking.com as a senior design the contact centre product team. I learned how good product design can slash agents training time and reduce overall call time for customers waiting for poor agents to find things on obsolete systems.I\'m now working in the Food team at Co-op where I want to make tasks effortless for my lovely store colleagues.I do that by co-designing with the users, the team and the stakeholders as much as I can, so I can learn from the experts and deliver things that are genuinely useful.Hit me up if you want to talk about enterprise UX design and co-design practices.
