We have one life, as far as we know, and I am determined to live mine with purpose, curiosity, and the courage to grow.Solo traveling early in life sparked my passion for learning from diverse cultures and perspectives. I believe in holistic approaches to personal growth, mental health, and social change.As a clinical psychologist and yoga teacher I believe in everyone’s capacity to grow.
