Responsible for submitting clientele for projects via Breakdown Express and Casting Networks, as well as pitching our film/TV clients to casting directors, relaying audition appointments and confirming them and keeping track of all actors’ schedules. Filmed and edited audition tapes for our clients whom were out of the area. Played the role of a Casting Director by creating casting notices and holding casting sessions for specific buyers’ productions. Accompanied certain clientele on sets as their personal assistant. Was requested to read potential pilots and films and assist manager in pitching to buyers. Researched up and coming productions for pitching pre-production. Delegated tasks and set up an intern program for those whom took internships in our company.
