CHILI is one of the best streaming platforms to watch the latest and the most popular movies, with a 3M users database and a presence in 4 markets (IT, UK, DE, PL).It is my direct responsibility to provide the company with a creative vision and direction for the launch and the development of 360° ADV campaigns, building strong relationship with in-house teams and external suppliers. I oversee the production workflow and the activity of the Creative Team, composed by 5 resources.Key responsibilities:• Developing creative strategies and concepts for the launch of ADVcampaigns, overseeing the development of digital, print, OOH andPR initiatives;• Setting out timings, budgets and Creative Team’s workflows• Establishing strong cooperation with key partners (Marketing,Social Media, Media Strategy, PR).
