As BetterUp\'s Senior Legal Counsel - Privacy, I provide strategic legal guidance across the organization, supporting sales, risk, and due diligence efforts. Over the past five years at BetterUp, my role has evolved alongside the rapid growth of AI, with a sharper focus on privacy and responsible AI governance as critical business differentiators.I advise how new technologies can be adopted responsibly, ensuring compliance with evolving laws such as the EU AI Act and helping position BetterUp’s privacy and AI practices as trust enablers for global enterprise clients.
