As a Research Grants & Administration Specialist at LIUC – Università Cattaneo, I support the full lifecycle of externally funded research projects—from proposal development to financial reporting. Working within the Grant office, I collaborate closely with faculty members (Professors, Researchers, Doctorals.) to identify funding opportunities, prepare applications, and ensure compliance with funding agencies (MUR-EC.) requirements.My role encompasses projects across diverse thematic areas, including management engineering, business administration, artificial intelligence, circular economy, healthcare management, and sustainable mobility (INTERREG, THCS, PRIN PNRR.). Notable initiatives include the LISA project, which examines the interplay of learning, inclusion, salary, and ageing on regional competitiveness, and the MI-RICORDO project, focusing on digital rehabilitation interventions for cognitive resources.I coordinate administrative and financial tasks, ensuring meticulous monitoring and reporting throughout each project\'s duration. By facilitating effective resource management and adherence to funding guidelines, I contribute to the successful execution of research endeavors that address both academic and societal challenges.
