The knowledge on turbines is obtained by theoric courses, job experience and university studies; it\'s a field that I would like to improve more and more. In Franco Tosi service departement I\'ve improved problem solving capacity specially referred to maintenance matters on Hydraulic and Steam turbines.In Groupe-e I\'ve learned a method for new design projects and managing of Hydraulic Power plants.In Ansaldo Energia I\'m first improved the Steam turbines issues (ABB, GE and Westinghouse technology) during overhauls focusing on problems detection and technical solutions proposal.In Diagnostic Department I\'m improving the knowledge of differents gas turbines technology (Siemens and Alstom) and my actual focus is on the problem solving on operational issue and the predictive maintenance based on AI data.
