I believe data only becomes valuable when it creates clarity, enables collaboration, and helps people make better decisions.That belief shapes my work as Project Manager and Lead for Data‑Driven Business Models, where I connect information, technology and human needs to build structures that truly support real-world problem‑solving.Over the past years, I’ve worked at the intersection of data, design and digital products, helping interdisciplinary teams transform information challenges into actionable solutions. My approach is analytical, user‑centered and rooted in the idea that asking better questions unlocks better outcomes.What I bring• Interdisciplinary facilitation: enabling collaboration, breaking down silos and aligning diverse teams• User-centered research & design: interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing• Process & information modelling: BPMN, requirements analysis, data structures, interoperability concepts• Agile & product leadership: certified Scrum Master & Product Owner, guiding teams & product direction• Data-driven thinking: structuring information, clarifying decisions, translating complexity into clarityCurrentlyAt Bayern Innovativ, I lead the initiative on data‑driven business models. My work focuses on identifying emerging needs in the field, learning from practitioners who are already shaping the future, and connecting the right partners from business, research and policy.
