Launched the Belmont Forum Foundation (BFF), a new non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, serving as an arm of the Belmont Forum to diversify funding streams for transdisciplinary research. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundation and am on the BFF board as the Treasurer.• As part of the Belmont Forum Secretariat, I work with collaborative teams to launch, support, and conduct multilateral funding calls. Provided peer reviews and plenary updates for multilateral funding calls, enhancing programmatic transparency and research impact for funders and stakeholders. • Contributed to hiring the Advancing Leadership Program Lead and worked with the curriculum development team on content for the program. Synthesized the outcomes of three international leadership workshops in Finland, South Africa, and Thailand through mixed-methods analysis to provide critical feedback for program development and to enhance programmatic transparency and research impact for funders and stakeholders.• Streamlined an impact case study template and piloted transdisciplinary examples for the Belmont Forum, including a reef restoration project in Madagascar to demonstrate research outcomes to funders.• Submitted session proposals for the June 2025 Sustainability Research & Innovation Congress, with all accepted, and reviewed additional proposals as a program committee member. The main session is a workshop on Science Communication with a focus on building the capacity of researchers to convey their research stories using the case study template.
