As a vocational rehabilitation counselor, assess various physical and mental conditions, functional limitations, transferable skills, and potential career goals. Deliver on average three individualized education and career planning sessions per week for active duty, transitioning military members, spouses, and military dependents. Provide labor market research, job development, resume writing, federal employment preparation, interview skills training, mock interview sessions, disability education, awareness and advocacy, and individualized guidance and counseling to assist individuals with becoming empowered to achieve their career goals.
