Responsibilities include assisting agents with their calls, taking over calls when a member requests a supervisor and working that issue until resolved and the member is satisfied. Coaching agents, pulling stats, quality management, training opportunities and making sure that agents are assisted as needed. Any project given to me by upper management. For member’s issues, reaching out to the correct vendor, Costco buying team, shipping company, etc…needed to assist in resolution either by email or phone. At times thinking outside of the regular constraints in order to achieve success in that resolution. Using my training and web based systems for Costco Logistics to assure that my member’s items were delivered in a timely manner once they were in our possession. Processing credits or approving credit amounts when over the agent’s limit. Contacting our Returns team to work on member’s refunds and routing for pick up. Contacting our Operations teams for monetary issues and Shop Cards, etc…
