As a product and UX Designer, I have nearly five years of experience designing B2B SaaS products in realms like healthcare, customer management, analytics, and video streaming. My design mantra? Assume nothing, test often, fail fast, prioritize the user, and keep it simple. My career kicked off in finance, where I fine-tuned my knack for understanding people and their problems—skills that fit perfectly into UX design. In 2019, while at Pushpay, I stumbled upon UX design and quickly fell in love, thanks to an inspiring mentorship with the UX team.
