Working with Capital City PCS\'s wellness team on school based behavioral health services ranging from prevention and early intervention to treatment:• Provide consultations for teachers to give guidance and feedback on classroom management for students with mental health disorders• Deliver prevention services including classroom presentations, parent presentations, teacher wellness activities, and other activities that support mental health and wellness• Deliver early intervention services to involve groups for at risk students or caregivers, crisis intervention activities, and other activities that identify students to be at risk.• Implement curriculums for students on stress management, suicide prevention, substance abuse or other concerns deemed pertinent to the need of assigned school site.• Deliver treatment services through individual treatment of students, group therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching.

By integrating and linking our own services with those offered by our community partners, we empower vulnerable families to lead healthy and productive lives. This comprehensive approach yields results. The mothers who come to us for prenatal care deliver babies with healthy birth weights. Participants with diabetes learn to control their blood sugar levels. Parents who attend our various programs increase involvement in their children's education and watch them graduate from college and lead productive lives. Our web of services helps the region save millions of dollars as we prevent child abuse, gang involvement, teen pregnancy and chronic diseases. Simply stated, Mary's Center changes lives every day.
