About Elisabeth Dallas
As the Vice President of the Conflict Prevention, Stabilization and Transition Practice at DT Global, I provide strategic leadership on the design and implementation of programs that successfully mitigate conflict, supports state-of-the art peacebuilding, and facilitates democratic transitions and political stability. Prior to my position with DT Global, I was Director of Chemonics International\'s Peace, Stability and Transition Practice, providing technical assistance on conflict sensitive approaches to development and facilitating employee learning to deepen technical knowledge and expertise through training. I led the organization’s thought leadership and analysis in the areas of conflict sensitivity, do no harm, conflict prevention, reconciliation and peacebuilding. Prior to joining Chemonics, I was a Senior Conflict & Peacebuilding Advisor in U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Specifically, I provided technical support to USAID Missions in Africa, conducting conflict assessments and designing programs to mitigate conflict. I also provided training to USAID employees on conducting conflict assessments and conflict sensitive approaches to development.
