Elisa Basnight is the Founder & CEO of WIN–NextGen™, a national nonprofit and WorkTech platform building bridges between next-generation talent and employers across STEM, Supply Chain, and the Skilled Trades. the “3S Workforce™, in the AI era and beyond.WIN–NextGen™ equips young people ages 13–24 with future-ready career tools while partnering with companies to co-create inclusive, agile, and resilient talent pipelines. By integrating technology, mentorship, and immersive learning, the organization works to prepare both individuals and employers to thrive in a rapidly evolving workforce landscape.A recognized thought leader and former P&L executive in Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Workforce Innovation, Elisa brings decades of leadership across Fortune 50 companies, federal agencies, the U.S. Army, and mission-driven ventures. She has led, and continue to lead, at the intersection of strategy, systems, and service, with a track record of building cultures of purpose, performance, and impact.Her lifelong commitment to public service is reflected in her background as a graduate of West Point, Rutgers Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, and Boston University–Brussels, as well as a two-time U.S. Presidential appointee.Elisa also serves as a corporate board director in the healthcare and supply chain sectors and remains laser-focused on employer-aligned workforce solutions, including co-branded learning tools, mentorship ecosystems, and AI-enabled platforms to scale access to careers.She speaks with urgency, authenticity, and hope, inspiring young people to see possibility, parents to believe in new pathways, and guiding employers to design bold, resilient, and human-centered hiring strategies.
