I am a people-first leader with 20+ years in design, design/engineering/marketing education, software engineering, product development, and leadership. Helping teams scale, solving product and technical problems, and working through process challenges are some of the things I enjoy and excel at. I also have a passion for mentorship, particularly with those in underrepresented populations in tech and folks who are pivoting into tech. I am a proud Latina and member of the LGBTQ+ community.
