ABOUT ELISA ROSSI
I’m a 26 years old student with a Master Degree at Politecnico of Milan in Chemical Engineering.During my master thesis I focused on an experimental research that allowed me to practice with cell cultures with animal-free colture medium and 3D bioprinting in the field of cultured meat.In 2023 I’ve started a PhD in Materials Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, in the research field of lab grown food ingredients that involve plant tissue decellularization for 3D scaffolds production and 3D cell culture of porcine fats.
