Objective: Drive and coordinate digital transformation to serve Celio and Camaïeu\'s omnichannel challenges, ensuring delivery of digital solutions that optimize customer experience and sales performance.Main tasks: Requirements analysis: Definition of business requirements, coordination of workshops with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, BI and IT teams, drafting of user stories and backlog management. Framing & Roadmaps: Steering of strategic projects (e.g. Camaïeu launch), design of product roadmaps for Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management. Technical and functional research: In-depth exploration of functional solutions, audit of current processes, and drafting of detailed designs and specifications to optimize delivery times and guarantee the feasibility of solutions.🤝 Agile collaboration: Daily cooperation with adherent teams (Mulesoft, SAP, SFCC) and partners to ensure smooth and consistent delivery.🧪 Acceptance & Delivery: Supervision of testing of deployed functionalities via scripted acceptance criteria and piloting of production releases. Incident management: Handling post-launch incidents with operations and development teams for rapid resolution. Performance monitoring: Analysis of KPIs, ongoing optimization of customer paths (e-commerce site and store), implementation of monitoring and alerting solutions. Change management: Creation and distribution of strategic communications, drafting of training materials and organization of demo sessions with store and support teams, to present, get adopted and improve functionalities.
