Even if I am only selling one room in my own house, I run it as a small own business, therefore it turning out as a precious experience to even further develop my skills in the hospitality industry : I can practice a little hospitality management, a little revenue management, a little operations management. It seems I am doing well, as I was very busy from the very beginning and I am keeping on with full satisfaction of mine and of all my guests - given the reviews rate : 4,97 / 5, on 40 reviews. I am very happy I have started this adventure, which is showing (myself firstly) all my skills as well as my mistakes - which I try to learn from everyday. Setting: 3 beds in a private room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared common spaces. Tasks- Check-in, check-outs, customer service - Price management - Airbnb profile management - Cleaning and maintenance - Problem solving. literally everything

ABOUT ELISA RASELLO
My strengths are true passion for the hostel world, dedication, reliability, genuinness, initiative and charisma, together with excellent customer service, solid organizational skills and a strong work ethic. After I completed my Master Gradution in Philosophy I felt I needed more freedom, so I started working abroad and travelling. It was (and still is) an intense time, both happy and though. Through travelling I found out that events, hostels and communities are my favourite working environment.
