Mind, body, breath, movement, & spirit. I have have dedicated my life to promoting good health and body awareness to the people my community. I was certified in 2011 through the Ellie Herman Pilates School in Oakland and since then training and teaching with classically trained instructors at YogaWorks in San Francisco. body movement to Barre Works and Sculpt Works classes through YogaWo. Being dedicated to good health for over ten years, I have embraced my love of body movement and awareness through my dedicated practice of Pilates and Yoga.
