WomenUnbound was born from a deep desire to reimagine our standards of leadership to unlock the potential of female leaders and harness the ‘feminine’ qualities we’ve neglected in our public life for too long.We believe it’s time to craft a new narrative of leadership that’s written with women at the centre – our needs, desires, strengths and potential. 🤝 It’s time for a new approach to leadership development that’s not about fixing women so they can ‘get to the top’. It’s about redesigning our leadership standards, starting from the inside out.
