About Eli Patterson
I am a Leadership coach and Safety Director who believes that leadership is the key to creating a culture of safety in any organization. It is no longer effective to rely on fear and intimidation to promote safety. Instead, I advocate for a leadership approach that inspires and motivates employees to embrace a safety program.Safety should not be seen as a mere label or the sole responsibility of a safety director or specialist. It is a collective responsibility shared by every individual on the job site and even at home.My role is to guide companies in shifting their mindset about safety. I help them transition from outdated thinking to a new approach that fosters a safety culture rooted in motivation, education, and inspiration. With a dedicated and driven leadership team, we can create an environment where safety becomes a natural part of the company\'s DNA.
