   Oversees the day to day management of outpatient clinic. Continuously assess current clinic flows, processes and procedures, identifies areas of improvement and develops and implements best practices and appropriate changes to improve outcomes. Facilitates the flow of information and maximizes effective communication throughout the program. Collaborates with other health care providers, wound care center providers, and medical director regarding clinic and patient needs. Manages direct reports in conjunction with hospital HR department which includes interviewing, hiring, motivating, coaching, counselling, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews. Manages and coordinates all aspects of the revenue cycle. Stays current with reimbursement changes. Reviews key financial reports, identifies key indicator trends, and develops plans to implement best practices to ensure financial responsibility. Works directly with the hospital marketing department to ensure the wound care program has a strategic marketing plan, of which visiting physician practices to provide community education is the focal point in developing strong relationships.
