Keep the relationship between the IT department and the business units, collecting the needs and expectations of the BUs: has a full knowledge of the processes, practices and organization of the IT department.Coordinates the services of the IT department, in order to maximize- The value of the projects: participate in drafting responses, collect and formalize the needs of the BUs, consolidate and validate the technical and financial proposal of the DSI, project planning, implementation of projects, lead project monitoring meetings, monitor of charges and compliance with the schedule, project documentation, perform the project assessment (REX)- The services provided: definition of the service agreement between the IT department and the BUs, determine, report and monitor the key indicators (KPI) to achieve the quality objectives of the services provided and contribute to the financial monitoring- The customer satisfaction: quality of services and services provided by the IT department (in accordance with the commitments agreed with the BU)- Continuous improvement : anticipate and identify events that could impact the quality of services suggestions for improvement to guarantee quality of services, propose action plans to improve the levels of services provided,Alert and monitor patch management actions, manage the carrying out of the first PCA/PRA tests, alert the BU to the obsolescence of the solution.

I have over thirteen years of experience within a world leader in semiconductors as group manager and program/project manager in the industrial IT sector especially in the integration of FAB manufacturing tools.
