   Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Expert in LTL freight forwarding solutions that are customized to individual customers based on needs - Expert in communications planning in maintaining quality controls for customers Head Project Manager in acquisition and transition to new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; by integrating Microsoft Dynamics365 with the ERP (TMW). Built Project Management Plan based on PMBOK 6th Edition. Executed and formalized actual project management and reporting for the business. First formal PMP project for the organization; creating secondary benefits of PMP templates for the organization; and methodized future projects by using the same framework. Created and drove business Enterprise Process Changes intra-departmentally creating two new rules. When applied these new business processes these would exert quality controls between the CRM & the ERP system for data management. Pioneered training for new CRM via Microsoft Stream videos, training manual, and easy access to training by topic. Application of Lean Six Sigma in standardizing data entry across seven terminals such as: account naming conventions; operational account creation and creating better data integrity for the business. Initiated first Carlile team to go to new Sharepoint Online system; and worked on integrating document workflows for Sales to Pricing Team and Sales to Carlile Onboarding Group. Promoted to Sharepoint Online Project Integration Team, and single-handedly created trainings for other departments for the system. Constructed new Sales Specific Analysis by working with the IT department to better utilize current data, and data mining in order to assess risks and opportunities that are used by Senior Leadership Group.
