Work closely with the developers and the rest of the QA team to understand project requirements, develop appropriate tests and achieve sprint goals. Develop an excellent understanding of Pimberly and be able to answer queries as needed. Triage queries and issues raised efficiently and translate these into feature request and bug tickets as appropriate. Review and contribute to test plans. Set up the test environment with appropriate technical support, including preparing and acquiring test data. Analyse and review new user requirements for testability. Identify and use the appropriate testing techniques and tools for the test scenario. Create, build and perform manual and simple automated test cases for new functionality, bug fixes, end to end testing and regression tests. Create test reports, analysing results and providing insightful feedback. Ensure software operates as designed and is compliant with functional and non-functional requirements.
