About Elina Parida
My philosophy is simple: the best companies are built by people who were given a chance to shine from day one. As an early-career program manager with over six years of experience, my job is to create those chances. I create and lead early-career programs that feel less like a hiring process and more like the first chapter of a great career story!My work involves shaping our brand on campus and running large-scale university hiring events, that are genuinely welcoming and exciting. I also look after the internship program for APAC interns, always with a focus on creating an inclusive space for all. I’ve always believed that you can\'t create opportunity alone. My passion is bringing people together; from leaders to our partners across the globe, who all believe in giving early in career talent a real shot.
