A highly experienced consultant with around 17 years experience in delivering environmental services across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in urban regeneration. Elin directs major multidisciplinary consultancy contracts and maintains close contact with the client and proactive engagement with project consultancy teams. Before joining Quod, Elin held responsibility for the national Environmental Assessment & Design service at Waterman and as Project Director for EIAs of numerous projects which have successfully secured planning permission. Elin provides clients with strategic advice and pragmatic and seeks to find proportionate solutions to complex matters surrounding EIA and development, particularly relating to outline planning parameters, Section 73 and reserved matters applications as well as scheme delivery.
