Serve as Co-Chair of UMass Boston’s Women Beacons in the Workplace (WBITW) program, a mentorship initiative uniting students, alumni, and professionals to explore leadership, equity, career advancement, and workplace challenges. In this role, I collaborate with university leaders, alumni, and community partners to design programming, facilitate intergenerational dialogue, and promote shared learning. I mentor emerging leaders while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers the next generation of innovators and changemakers.
