Supplier Quality engineer ( Framatome - Nuclear industry)- Pilot the double sourcing of critical suppliers existing in Karsten for NIK products (Nuclear In core)- Define the quality requirements for the German suppliers- Qualify new suppliers and evaluate them (EPR 2 requirements)- Pilot of suppliers performances (progress plan( SQD,AMDEC), consolidation of indicators,prepare and participate in business reviews etc.)- Managing the NCRs / NQEs and pilot route cause analysis ( 8d, 5W)*Quality metrology mission (Fresenius Kabi - medical industry)-Contact customers and receive their product complaints-Manage customer (international) non-conformities for Exelia products-Manage metrological investigations on incoming device measurements-Write ANSM reports (in case of patient incident)*Instrumentation mission ( Minitubes - medical industry)- Manage the instrumentation fleet (4,500 pieces of equipment)- Assign tasks to metrology technicians- Manage suppliers and external service providers- Update operating procedures and uncertainty calculations- Organize metrology training sessions for technicians and operators- Qualify new sensors and instruments and carry out tests.*Instrumentation quality mission ( Portalp )- Provide quality management for the VIENNE metro station project- Manage operators and set-up technicians- Update operating procedures and inspection sheets (in collaboration with thewith the Engineering Department)- Manage parts conformity and stock management
