ABOUT ELIJAH SIMMONS

Elijah is a University of Delaware graduate accredited with a Bachelor\'s degree in Communication. He has a strong interest in policy and administration and aspires to run for political office in the near future. Along with his academic pursuits, Elijah takes pride in public speaking and building connections with people from different walks of life. Elijah also holds many talents in singing and acting, a passion for giving, and great intuition for forming inclusive and diverse communities. Elijah gained valuable experience as a Legislative Fellow at the University of Delaware, where he provides non-partisan, in-depth research on legislative issues to state legislators. He has also served as an intern for the Office of Delaware Governor John Carney, where he assisted with constituent relations, reviewed memos, monitored news outlets, and supported the Governor\'s staff. Through his life experiences, Elijah has developed strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a passion for public service.
