ABOUT ELI DAITCH
I am in the midst of a rotational program with four highly respected real estate firms (Waterton, JDI Realty, Ravinia Communities, and AJ Capital Partners), where I worked closely with investment and asset management teams. It has been an incredible experience that gave me exposure to different strategies, asset types, and market dynamics. I learned how to think critically about real estate performance, long-term value, and how to bring a thoughtful, data-driven perspective to every project.Before that, I spent over two years at Wintrust Bank underwriting commercial real estate and small business loans. That role gave me a strong foundation in credit analysis, deal structuring, and understanding the financial health of businesses and properties. It also taught me the importance of being detail-oriented and thorough in every aspect of the underwriting process.While attending Indiana University, I studied Informatics with a Business Cognate and a Financial Literacy minor through the Kelley School of Business. That mix of technical and financial training has helped me approach real estate with both analytical depth and strategic thinking. I’m always looking to grow, take on new challenges, and contribute.
