As a dedicated professional with a strong academic background in Applied Data Science and energy economics, I am passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change in the energy sector. My journey has been marked by hands-on experience and academic achievements that have equipped me with the skills to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.During my internship at OVO Energy, I spearheaded the development and deployment of an NLP model to extract keywords from customer complaints on TrustPilot. Additionally, I created interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Google looker studio and then conducted competitor analysis using large language models. These projects not only sharpened my technical skills but also demonstrated the transformative power of data in enhancing business processes and customer experiences. The impact of my work continued even after my internship, contributing to OVO\'s TrustScore improvement from 4.3 to 4.4, a notable achievement.In my current role as a Trading Analyst, I specialize in forecasting power prices and shaping market strategies that drive informed trading decisions. I leverage advanced modeling techniques, data analytics, and industry insights to optimize trading performance in the evolving energy landscape.I hold an MSc in Energy Economics and one in Applied Data Science, which provides a solid foundation in both disciplines and fuels my passion for the energy industry.
