I\'m a student-athlete at Villanova University majoring in Organizational Communication with a minor in Economics, blending discipline from the football field with a passion for business, marketing, and real estate. My experience spans marketing strategy, team leadership, property management, and hands-on renovation, driven by a long-term vision of building a successful investment portfolio.As the founder of Rand Investment Group, I’ve managed leasing, maintenance, underwriting, and tenant relations—gaining real-world exposure to what it takes to own and operate residential property.
