Coming from Flatbush, Brooklyn, I defied the odds to earn two degrees and pursue a career in my dream field—the music industry. Through relentless work ethic and strategic networking during the COVID era, I partnered with Mally the Martian, manager of rapper Fabolous, where I supported A&R efforts for emerging artists at the startup label The Dream Company LLC.Building on that experience, I continued to sharpen my A&R skills and went on to secure a role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Sony Music Group, gaining invaluable insight into high-level music business operations.I am committed to continuing my growth within the music industry, with a focused goal of advancing in A&R, ultimately becoming Head of A&R and launching my own label.As the late, great Brooklyn native Pop Smoke said: “Shoot for the stars, aim for the moon.”
