Hello, I’m Eli Neeley, thanks for connecting.Since December 2025, I have been working as a Project Manager at CME Construction, where I continue to grow my skills in estimating, project execution, and team coordination. My role involves collaborating closely with subcontractors and superintendents while ensuring every project aligns with CME’s core values and quality standards.Prior to CME, I served as a Project Manager at Almet, Inc, where I managed a diverse portfolio of steel projects. My responsibilities included material takeoffs, steel sequencing coordination with contractors, and managing supplier logistics to meet jobsite requirements. I gained valuable experience across a wide range of project types, from small residential improvements to large-scale commercial builds, providing me with a strong, well-rounded foundation in project management.Earlier in my career, I worked for the City of Fort Wayne, where I spent two years developing a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.    Generate and analyze monthly Project Status Reports (PSRs) to track budget versus actual costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize overall project profitability- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project requirements- Manage a monthly project backlog of approximately $1M, overseeing multiple concurrent projects for high-value clients while maintaining quality and client satisfaction- Prioritize and manage jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans to maintain a safe working environment- Assist in contract administration, change order management, and cost forecasting, reducing financial risk and maintaining accurate project projections- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors to support clear communication and efficient project execution.
