I would describe myself as a very motivated person and an expert in nearly every aspect of the Vehicle Service Contract Industry. I love taking something that is broken or is a challenge and succeeding. I started in the VSC industry in 2011, owning my own agency as a start-up with just two employees—which grew quickly to a company that did over $10mm per year in revenue. In 2014, I created an administrator to administer the contracts that the firm I started sold, and by 2015 I dramatically expanded my company to enter into the automotive dealer distribution channel. I sold my agency in 2017 and to focus solely on growing dealer business. Over the past 11 years, I have overseen the companies I lead grow dramatically each year in annual revenue. Currently, I lead 3 companies that collectively generate over $200MM per year in annual revenue, operate globally, and I anticipate that figure to exceed $250MM by the end of FY2024.I am an experienced executive and an expert in all aspects of the administration of Vehicle Service Contracts, including product development, legal and regulatory compliance, advanced accounting methodologies and cash flow controls, tax strategy, reinsurance, rate analysis, client support, customer service, claims management, information technology management, and have a unique skillset in being familiar with the international F&I marketplace. I believe the key to the success of the organizations I lead stem from a simple philosophy—I am responsive, transparent, accessible, and honest.    Veritas Global Protection Services, INC is a global company that operates as a service contract provider/administrator and ancillary provider in the United States and Canada, and operates internationally (through its subsidiaries) as a MGA/Administrator of extended warranties and GAP insurance.I founded Veritas Global to serve as one of the premier F&I providers, not just in the United States and Canada, but throughout the world. This is accomplished by our excellent client support services, our responsive staff, excellent customer service, and commitment to developing competitive and innovative, but actuarially sustainable products in the marketplace.I started the predecessor to Veritas Global Protection in May of 2011, as an agency selling F&I products to consumers. From humble beginnings in 2011 with just two employees, by 2014 it was doing over $10mm per year in annual revenue, and we created our own administrator/provider, to directly underwrite our business.By 2015, I looked to expand our business into the dealer space. Due to the widespread success of the dealer program, I decided to focus solely on our growing our dealer business in both franchise and independent dealerships. In 2019, we decided to expand into Canada and Latin America. Because of this global expansion, we became known as Veritas Global Protection. In January of 2024, I led Veritas’ acquisition of the largest share position in WAGAS SA, a leading F&I MGA specializing in GAP and Extended Warranties in the Eastern European Union. As the Founder, Executive Chairman, and President of Veritas and its subsidiaries and affiliates, I am proud to lead our organization into a bright future with a unique international presence. Today, Veritas and it’s affiliates and subsidiaries are proud to do business with some of the largest dealer groups and importers in the world. Our organization did over $250MM in annual revenue in 2024, and we are excited for a prosperous 2025!
