Oversee the file from Submission through Final Approval until Closing- Review & Fulfill the Underwriter’s conditions - Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Manager. Evaluate Loan Process, Project to Close, & Timeline Exception reports daily- Submit all files to the Underwriter after making necessary changes to the system & resubmit via Automated Underwriting system (AUS)- Review file for correct stacking order, read findings for further determination, & appropriate documentation. Provide file status to all parties, including Loan Originator’s, Title Officer’s, Escrow Assistants, & Closing team member’s- Comply with all Quality Control policies. Review all files for DHI Mortgage required checklists and respond to all QC assessments- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
