The Field Director is the overseer of the Voter Registration and Get-Out-The-Vote (Doors) programs that engages with voters daily. As Field Director, my duties includes: managing a large scale Field program with 10+ statewide offices, build and maintain relations with external partners, manage recruitment efforts and authored field trainings. Since joining New Georgia Project in 2020, my department has been responsible for registering over people to vote in Georgia, as well as knocking over 4 million doors, including over 1.5 million doors in 2022.
